Requires the services of a Restaurant Manager. Dealing with the public and providing customer service is an integral part of this job. The candidate should possess the following skills and traits:
Excellent Communication and inter-personal skills, patience, flexibility , innovation as well as a friendly nature;
Competence in either of the following point of sale systems; Pilot or Micros;
Post high school qualification in either Managerial Accounting, Hotel Management, Food and Beverages Management, Customer Care or related qualifications;
Reading and interpretation of financial reports;
2 – 3 years’ experience of working in a world class restaurant. This working experience shall be key.
